I submitted a name for the drawing at the end of the month, I was wanting to know about the reqirements regarding an enty.  The way I understand it is that they need to be abble not to afford buneed on, a medical alert bracelet that is.  I do not know the particulars of his illness, just that he is on a very low income.  Can you please tell me what he needs to do to win?
