I am pleased to have found this site however, I'm not sue where to go and as I keep getting directed here I'll try it. The charm store I got my medical alert charms has closed and the 'hearing impaired' charm I had popped off. It was one of my more important charms and I need a new one. Can you help? It was a double, white with red medical cross and large black lettering over two lines. Jeanna
